Important Parking Rules

You have consent to use the School Car Park opposite the Hall

NEVER park on the School approach drive. The school owners reserve the right to finish the parking hire if any of these conditions are contravened.

1. No parking is permitted on weekdays before 4.30 pm and after 10.30 pm or when there are pupils around.
2. Only park in the designated areas.
3. No smoking or disorderly conduct on school land.
4. Parking is entirely at the owners risk.
5. Be quiet at all times - especially avoid door clashing, and when handling the main gate locking chain.

The Hall forecourt parking is only use by blue badge holders, when the driver or passenger displays a valid blue badge. Please respect the needs of people with reduced mobility - park appropriately. One other parking place is reserved for the caterer who needs to carry stores into the hall. The other requires a key.

Catering arrangements

The Caterer is Mrs J. Watson 0191 4133 691, All lodges etc should have the choice of menus. please remember that you must give a minimum of 3 days notice of menu choice and numbers expected. The minimum number of meals is 20.

Access for people with mobility difficulties:

The committee regret the lift being out of action in April/May 2006 which was due to the engineer being unavailable. The one person hydraulic lift is available to carry one person either seated or in a wheelchair between the ground floor and the lodge room floor. This complements the availability of the south side toilet which is only for disabled people.

The Chairman and the Committee appreciate the helpful donations made by some Lodges towards the installation costs.
